Invite People to Join Your Admin Panel

Team setup allows managing and inviting members of the organisation’s team. To access this area go to 'Settings > Team'.

If your organisation has pending invites, these will displayed at the top of the page under a heading 'Invited Users'.

Beneath this section is a list of your 'Active Users' with a section that allows you to invite a new person to join. To invite someone you will need to enter their email address, full name, user reference (optional) and access level. For clarity on which access level is best, please see the section below.

Below the invite area you will see a list of active users and their email, name, access level and user reference. Admins will automatically receive notifications from the system, such as when someone signs up to one of your fundraising events. If a user does not want to receive these emails they can turn them off from this page.

User Acces Levels

There are four access levels available, which can help limit access to the organisation’s account where required. You can have multiple users of each access level, and Admins cannot change their own access level. Therefore, each organisation account must have at least one Admin account.

User

A User is able to view charity statistics; view the list of campaigns, but is unable to edit them; and create and view reports.

Editor

The Editor role, in addition to the permissions in the User role, is able to modify and create new campaigns. They are also able to generate more QR codes for a campaign and generate short URLs.

Admin

Admins can do everything Users and Editors can, as well as deleting reports; linking a payment account; inviting new team members; managing existing team members; and archiving campaigns.

Mobile App User

Mobile App Users can utilise the GiveTap donations app on iOS and Android but they cannot access your charity dashboard. They have a limited statistics view inside the mobile app but this data is restricted to funds raised by that specific user; they cannot see  what has been raised by other users.
